Additional services:
Pools, jacuzzies, spas and other outer structures,
such as; retaining and fence walls, well flow, lawn sprinklers system,
chain or wooden fences, landscaping, termite infection, etc. Also upon
request and for an additional fee, the inspector may also perform
environmental services such as:
-water testing
(independent laboratory)
-asbestos testing
-formaldehyde testing
-carbon monoxide testing
-radon testing
-septic sanitary system
-lead testing
-public sanitary system
-Mold testing
Upon completion of the
inspection, Associated Home Quality Inspections should give the
client, a verbal report about what was discovered and an opportunity to
ask questions. Finally, the client receives a signed written report of the
finding and recommendations to be done. The report is the client’s and no
other party is entitled to see it without a written client’s
authorization.
Our organization offer
to our clients an inspection service of excellency, performed by certified
inspectors, with a large number of years of home inspection work and
construction experience.
It is our policy to
participate in continuing quality home inspection education, meetings,
forums and seminars, in order to maintain up to date all new practices,
mechanisms and laws in the quality home inspections.
